Blogpost 6 Reality of the kleptomaniac

As part of being a person, we experience love, a thing that could help us to be happy.In some people they are trying to hide what they feel from their crush.Usually the guys are very expressive to their feelings and some other guys think that they are handsome even if its not.In my own experience there are a guy who cannot express their true feeling in their crush because of the feeling of rejection, here in Philippines we call it "torpe". There is a person that I encountered, he has a crush and he thinks he like her so much.Then try to find her name in the face book and stalk her.For the girls stalking their profile picture and her  videos  are  very  scary for them because of the reason that they don't know  you.For every guys it is very prone to have a infatuation in the girls because usually most of the guys look  first in the physical that is why most relationships turn into break up before they  actually realize that its  infatuation only when they are in a relationship.

The articles that I want to share with you guys is entitled “Kleptomania: A Reality or PsychiatricInvention?”.By Stanton E. Samenow,from the site of psychologytoday.com.From this article the author compare kleptomaniac in driving a car.For him kleptomaniac like driving is a skills that can be pactice. Like what I said about my past articles that I share with you guys that the kleptomaniac don’t steal if there is a possibility of getting caught which means they actually a veteran in this kind of act.The author’s talk about a women who took orders to a friend  each day before she went to work.When women are went to store she always get the more than the things that he paid.We already know that this kind of act is a kleptomania.But some people do this just because they don’t have enough money to give a lot of food for their children.In this case it is not like because the women steal simply because she wants too.This kind of act is a very irritating reason for me because of her being selfish.Some research suggest that The retailers is more affected by the kleptomaniac,even if this illness or disorder are very rare in the populations because for all the retailers they go to business to get a money not to give away from the kleptomaniac.According to the author that “Kleptomania seems to exist in the minds of mental health professionals who do not understand the mental makeup and conduct of the proficient thief”.The author is blaming the mental health professionals that despite of their pretty impressive brain they still do not understand the fact why kleptomaniac steal.I am dis agree about the authors trying to say because the only reason why those people are just like that; a  people you may think a criminal because that is their choice they want to be like that so they get it.

Another article that I want to share with you guys,entitled “The BookWorm Sez: It's a Klepto's World”.By  Terri Schlichenmeyer,from the site of  incentivemag.com.In this article, it talks about the shoplifters, advising some business man about the existence of the kleptomaniac and also the were kleptomaniac started.About the shoplifetrs that the roman mythogoy  said that “that several gods were lightfingers”.For me it is a very humiliating because of the fact that the illness that they are suffering today are came from the gods,but it is only a myth we don’t know whether it’s true or not.And also another myths said that the kleptomaniac is as old as Shakespeare.Base on the article that the existence of the kleptomaniac is when the store’s exixt.

According to Sigmund Freud that “today’s shoplifters are more male than female”.  This  is a contrast on what psychologist research and observation .Since kleptomania is not yet proven as a crime of a man or a women .But for me kleptomania is a crime of a women because base on the information that I gathered and those articles that I shared with you guys gives me an enough information to say that it is a crime of a women,but just to clarify things up I want to research more about this issues.
